Types of Funds

Give how and when you choose.

  • Unrestricted Fund: Trust the Community Foundation Partnership to use your contribution to administer grants based on community needs.

  • Designated Fund: Give your contribution to the charity of your choice. 

  • Field-of-Interest Fund: Give your contribution to the field or cause of your choice without designating any specific organization.

  • Donor-Advised Fund: Advise the Community Foundation Partnership on which charities your contribution should support without the restrictions of a private foundation. 

  • Scholarship Fund: Fund a scholarship in your name to support those furthering their education. 

  • Deferred Fund: Make provisions to establish a fund with a future gift.

  • Trust Fund:

  • Non-Permanent Fund: The Community Foundation Partnership manages these funds for the benefit of the sponsoring organization.
