Started in 1999 with the help of LCCF, the Martin County Community Foundation (MCCF) has granted more than $12 million to the community and has $13.2 million in assets.
The Partnership
In 2004, after joining forces on specific funding projects and grants, LCCF and MCCF formed the Community Foundation Partnership, Inc. (CFP) as equal partners to share operational responsibilities and build sustainability. CFP manages more than $32 M in assets.
