The Legacy Society recognizes and thanks donors who share the Foundation's vision of building permanent charitable capital, and who have affirmed that vision by making a planned gift to local charitable organizations through the Community Foundation Partnership.
If you have included the Community Foundation or one of its funds in your estate plans and would like to be recognized in our Legacy Society, please let us know so that we may understand the intentions of your gift.
Join the Legacy Society
1. MAKE A PLANNED OR DEFERRED GIFT
in any amount to the Community Foundation Partnership, either during your lifetime or through your estate. (Your legal or financial advisor can help you evaluate your options.)
2. SEND A COPY OF THE ESTATE PLANNING
document pertaining to the gift to the Community Foundation. (See mailing address below.)
3. SUBMIT A STATEMENT OF GIFT INTENTION FORM
to officially recognize your donation as a Legacy Society gift.
